Temporary Office Assistant Job at Kimisitu Sacco

Contract Period;

3 Months

Reporting to:

HR & Admin Officer

Temporary Office Assistant Job Responsibilities

Deliver and dispatch of all correspondences from the office

Payment of office bills

Daily banking of all cheques

Assist in filing of all office documents and maintaining the office registry

Driving and general management of the society van

Qualifications for the Temporary Office Assistant Job

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) Mean Grade C (Plain)

Relevant Certificate in business management/office management/human resource/secretarial studies

Minimum 2 (two) years relevant experience and three year’s driving experience

Must have a valid driving licence Class BCE
Skills:

Sound ICT skills (Ms-Office, email and internet)

Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and people skills

Strong organizational skills

Professional driving skills
