Location: Mlolongo (Athi 55)

Job Responsibilities

Accurate zoning of orders to their respective destinations.

Order booking on Posta, Fargo, G4S and Aramex portals.

Keeping WMS-report updated with waybill numbers.

Record keeping for all shipment list and waybill number for reference purposes.

Follow ups with courier company to make sure shipments are picked up from warehouse on time and correctly.

Arrange time lines with couriers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Deal with the resends

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics or any related field

A minimum of two working years in the same capacity in a busy environment.

Computer literate

Good communication skills

Flexible and competent

High integrity

Good geographic distribution knowledge

Duties

Conduct investigative research to ensure customer orders are processed thoroughly and efficiently

Provide both internal and external customers with professional service and issue resolution

Handle Personal Identifying Information confidentially and responsibly

Employ knowledge of products, services, and workflows to appropriately process orders as instructed and respond to internal and external customer questions

Log clear and detailed notes documenting research steps and actions taken on each order

Analyze collected data and personal documents and evaluate their relevance and applicability

Prepare accurate and grammatically correct reports summarizing the data collected from research and verification interviews

Maintain a personal performance level that meets or exceeds the established production and quality goals of the department

Job Requirements

Degree in logistics or Equivalent

2+ years of customer service, logistics and or warehouse, or investigative experience

Expert computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Searches, Database Lookups)

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills, attuned to customer issues

Ability to work independently and follow directions as established by company or customer

Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Ability to manage multiple priorities using time management and organization skills
Team player with the ability to work with a wide variety of people in local and remote locations

Gross pay per month: KSHS.15,000.00

Responsibilities

Prepares and cook individual Chinese and other Oriental dishes and foods.

Plans menus.

Ensures quality of food and determine size of food proportions.

Ensures that all food is creatively and attractively presented at all times.

Work with minimal supervision.

Inspects kitchens and food service areas.

Orders supplies and equipment.

Maintains inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

Organizes and manage buffets and banquets.

Manages kitchen operations

Additional duties and responsibilities related to the job may be assigned as required.

Job Requirements

Relevant diploma from any Culinary School

Able to supervise and direct work flow for kitchen staff.

Undergone basic food preparation and hygiene.

One (1) years’ experience in Chinese food production.

Ability to communicate in English.
