KICD Assistant HR Manager Jobs Kenya


The Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) wishes to recruit qualified persons on one year short term contract for the following:

  • The Assistant Human Resource Management/ Development Officer will report to the Principal Human Resource Management Officer.

    Responsibilities

  • Processing of human resource statistics;
  • Processing appointments, promotions, discipline cases, transfers and other related duties in human resource management;
  • Preparing payment vouchers;
  • Computation of financial or statistical records based on routine or special sources of information; and
  • Compiling data and drafting simple letters.

    Qualifications

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C (plain);
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
  • Proficient in computer use and application; and
  • Initiative, team player and highly motivated
  • Relevant working experience
