Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe officer will work under supervision of a more senior officer. Specific duties and responsibilities will include:
Receiving, sorting, opening, filling, minuting and distribution of mail;
Dispatching of mails; and
Guiding on files disposal.
Requirement for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-
Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C plain from the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) or equivalent from a recognized institution; and
A Diploma in records/Information Management from a recognized institution.
Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution.
