Qualifications:

An earned PhD degree or equivalent in Public Policy or Public Management/ Administration from an accredited and recognized university

Have a masters degree in addition to a first degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Leadership & Governance or related area from an accredited and recognized university.

At least two (2) years teaching experience at university level

Accumulated at least Four equivalent publication points;

Been registered by the relevant Professional Body (where applicable).

Evidence of good quality teaching.

Evidence of attendance and contribution at learned conferences, seminars or workshops.
