Kenya Water Towers Agency Assistant Director Ecosystem Assessment KWT 4: (1 Post) Vacancies


Qualifications

  • Have a Master’s degree from a reputable institution in any of the following fields: Natural Resource Management, Ecology, Environmental Planning, Environmental Economics, Environmental Science or any other relevant field;
  • Be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:- Natural Resource Management, Ecology, Environmental Planning, Environmental Economics, Environmental Science or any other relevant field;
  • Have at least six years relevant work experience of which must be at a senior management level;
  • Have demonstrated professional competence, leadership qualities as well as good understanding of Natural Resources sector;
  • Demonstrate understanding of international treaties and conventions on natural resource management;
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Kenya Water Agency Strategic Plan, the Kenya Vision 2030 and related National development goals;
  • Demonstrate communication and leadership skills
  • Have attended a management course lasting not less than four weeks
  • Have relevant computer applications skills
  • Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity

    Qualifications

  • Have a Master’s degree from a reputable institution in any of the following fields:
    Business Administration, Business Management or any other relevant field;
  • Be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:- Community Development, Natural Resource Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Project management or any other related field;
  • Have at least six years relevant work experience (3) of which must be at a senior management level;
  • Have demonstrated professional competence, leadership qualities as well as good negotiating skills;
  • Demonstrate understanding of international treaties and conventions on public private partnership;
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Kenya Water Agency Strategic Plan, the Kenya Vision 2030 and related National development goals;
  • Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity.
  • Have attended a management course lasting not less than four weeks.
