Kenya Water Towers Agency Deputy Director Governance & Co-ordination KWT 3: (1 Post) Jobs

Qualifications

Have a Master’s degree in any of the following fields:- Natural Resource Management, Meteorology, Cartography, Hydrology, Ecology, Land Economics, Geo-Spatial survey, Climate Science, GIS, Remote sensing, Environmental Science or any other related field

Be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:- Natural Resource Management, Meteorology, Cartography, Hydrology, Ecology, Land Economics, GeoSpatial survey, Climate Science, GIS, Remote sensing, Environmental Science or any other related field

Have relevant computer applications skills;

Demonstrate communication and leadership skills;

Have attended a management course lasting not less than four weeks;

Have at least eight years relevant work experience three of which must be at a senior management level;

Demonstrate understanding of international treaties and conventions on water management;
QualificationsDemonstrate a clear understanding of the Kenya Water Agency Strategic Plan, the Kenya Vision 2030 and related National development goals;

Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity

Qualifications

A Master’s degree in either Natural Resource Management, Ecology, Environmental Planning, Environmental Economics, Environmental Science or any other relevant field;

A Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:- Natural Resource Management, Ecology, Environmental Planning, Environmental Economics, Environmental Science or any other relevant field;

Have at least eight years relevant work experience, three of which must be at a senior management level;

Have demonstrated professional competence and good understanding of Natural Resources sector;

Demonstrate understanding of international treaties and conventions on natural resource management;

Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Kenya Water Agency Strategic Plan, the Kenya Vision 2030 and related National development goals;

Have attended a management course lasting not less than four weeks

Have relevant computer applications skills

Demonstrate communication and leadership skills

Possession of a valid practicing license with NEMA will be an added advantage;

Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity.

Have para-military training

Demonstrate understanding of international treaties and conventions

on natural resource management;

Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Kenya Water Agency Strategic Plan, the Kenya Vision 2030 and related National development goals

Qualifications

Have a relevant master’s degree from a reputable institution in any of the following:-

Have a degree from a reputable institution in any of the following:- Meteorology, Cartography, Natural Resource Management, Documentation, Hydrology, Botany, Ecology, Geo-Spatial survey, GIS, Remote sensing, Environmental Science or any other related field;

Have demonstrated professional competence and good understanding of Natural Resources sector;

Demonstrate understanding of international treaties and conventions on natural resource management;
