Qualifications

  • Have a Master’s degree from a reputable institution in any of the following fields: Communication /Journalism/Public Relations/International Relations,
    OR
  • Master’s degree from a reputable institution in Social Sciences and a Post-graduate Diploma in Communication/Journalism/Public Relations/International Relations;
  • Have at least six years relevant work experience three of which must be at a senior management level;
  • Demonstrate communication and leadership skills;
  • Demonstrate understanding of international treaties and conventions on natural resource management;
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Kenya Water Agency Strategic Plan, the Kenya Vision 2030 and related National developmental goals;
  • Have attended a management course lasting not less than four weeks;
  • Have relevant computer applications skills
  • Be Member of Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK) or any other relevant body;
  • Demonstrate professional, excellent organisational, managerial and administrative skills;
  • Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity;

    Qualifications

  • Have a Master’s degree from a reputable institution in any of the following fields: Computer Science/Information Bachelor in Science or any other related field;
  • Be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:-Computer Science / Information Bachelor in Science or any other related field;
  • Have at least six years relevant work experience of which must be at a senior management level;
  • Have demonstrated professional competence, leadership qualities as well as good understanding of Information Communication Technology (ICT);
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Kenya Water Agency Strategic Plan, the Kenya Vision 2030 and related National development goals;
  • Demonstrate communication and leadership skills
  • Have relevant computer applications skills;
  • Have attended a management course lasting not less than four weeks;
  • Certification in either Network/Systems Administration or its equivalent from a recognized Institution/examining body;
  • Member of a relevant professional body;
  • Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity.

    any other related field;
  • Have at least six years experience in Human Resource function of which must be at a senior management level;
  • Have demonstrated professional competence, as well as good understanding of Human Resource Management;

    Qualifications

  • Have a Master’s degree in Law from a recognized University;
  • Be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized I University;
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Council for Legal Education;
  • Must have at least six years relevant experience in legal/corporate secretarial practice in a Public or key private institution , three of which must be in a senior Management level;
  • Have demonstrated professional competence, leadership qualities as well as good understanding the law;
  • Demonstrate understanding of international treaties and conventions;
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Kenya Water Agency Strategic Plan, the Kenya Vision 2030 and related National development goals;
  • Have relevant computer applications skills;
  • Demonstrate communication and leadership skills;
  • Have attended a management course lasting not less than four weeks
  • Be a Certified Public Secretary (CPS) and member of good standing with the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK);
  • A holder of the current practicing certificate as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya;
  • Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity
