Kenya Water Institute Dean of Studies Jobs Opportunities


Responsibilities

  • Guiding and Counseling students;
  • Coordinating students welfare;
  • Implementing students recreational activities;
  • Coordinating students’ field attachment;
  • Coordinates the registration of students and keeping their records;
  • Attending to students’ issues
  • Monitoring student behavior and developing strategies and action plans, as appropriate;
  • Ensuring student support services such as medical care, etc, are adequate;
  • Maintenance of office machinery used by students, e.g. photocopy/services
    and stationery;

    Qualifications

  • A Masters degree in Social Sciences or Education.
  • A Bachelors degree in Social Sciences or Education.
  • Diploma in Guidance and Counselling.
  • Three (3) years experience in Administrative position with the responsibility
    for managing student affairs and spearheading the organization of a variety of
    student activities.
  • Must have clearance certificate as contained in Chapter Six of the Kenya Constitution
    2010

    Kenya Water Institute Senior Examination Officer Jobs Opportunities

    Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the registration and administration of examinations;
  • Coordinating Examination function including analysis and release of results;
  • Maintaining
    examination records / data/materials;
  • Liaising with external examination bodies;
  • Custodian of office machinery used by students, e.g. photocopy/services and
    stationery

    Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Education or its equivalent.
  • A Bachelors degree in Education, Art or science with PGD in Education or its
    equivalent.
  • Certificate in Senior Management course lasting not less than one month.
  • Three (3) years experience in Examination function with the responsibility for
    managing examinations.
  • Must have clearance certificate as contained in Chapter Six of the Kenya Constitution
    2010
