Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills)

Academic Qualifications

Master’s degree in Law from a recognized institution.

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution combined with the required work experience may be accepted in lieu of the Master’s degree.

Professional Qualifications / Membership to Professional Bodies

Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
Member of Law Society of Kenya in good standing.
Certified Public Secretary (Kenya).

Member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries in good standing.

Undertaken a Strategic Leadership/Management course from a recognized institution.

Previous Relevant Work Experience Required

Minimum of twelve (12) years relevant experience, five (5) of which should be at Management level

A valid Clearance Certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)

A valid Clearance Certificate from an Approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)

A valid Clearance form from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
