Specific Duties and Responsibilities Will Entail:

Ensuring safe custody of office documents;

Ensuring the safety of office equipment;

Carrying out general office cleanliness;

Delivering of office mails;

Preparing and serving office beverages;

Dispatching of office mails;

Requisitioning office general supplies;

Operating basic office equipment;

Photocopying of documents;

Binding of documents.

Qualifications and Work experience
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D plus (D+) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

Proficiency in computer applications certificate from a recognized institution;
Successful applicants will be required to satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of Kenya Constitution 2010 by submitting copies of the following documents upon request;

Certificate of Good Conduct from the Director of Criminal Investigations;

Clearance Certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board;

Tax Compliance Certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority;

Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission; and

Report from an Approved Credit Reference Bureau.
