Kenya Rugby Union Marketing and Admin Assistant Jobs; Dual role supporting KRU in all Marketing initiatives and Admin Support of the Secretariat.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

• Execute marketing campaigns and manage social media

• Create content for website and promotional materials

• Monitor metrics and prepare sponsor reports

• Coordinate with media partners and stakeholders

• Support event planning for matches and tournaments Admin Assistant:

• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

• Handle correspondence and communications

• Maintain confidential records and prepare reports

• Coordinate Rugby Union events and meetings

• Maintain KRU records and manage office administration including petty cash.

• Lead procurement and requisition processes

• Liaise with HR consultants on HR matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management or related field

• Experience as PA and/or Marketing Assistant sports background preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools

• Passion for rugby and understanding of Rugby Union

• High level of discretion
