Supervisor - Security & Safety Operations

Job Summary

Response and incidence management

Support to internal enforcement functions

Surveillance/monitoring of operation systems/control points

Security communication (Radio, GPS)
Situation reports, Security briefing and sensitization.

Roles and Responsibilities

Deployment of human capital,
Provide timely and coherent response in emergency and crisis management,

Implement security plan to support operations,

Identification of Training Needs for the officers,

Review situational reports, Coordinate institutional events coverage

Liaise with internal stakeholders on reported incidences

Facilitate VIP escorts

Ensure security patrols and spot checks are conducted to monitor any security breaches,

Ensure management of registers.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree holder Must have worked for two (2) years at officer level in the Authority,Or

Diploma with four (4) years experience at Officer level

Relevant training in either security investigations, crime prevention, counter terrorism or other specialized security training by a Government Agency,

Must be a member of a relevant professional organization
