Duties and ResponsibilitiesUndertaking market research, surveys and analysis;
Implementing procurement plans and processing requisitions;
Participating in sourcing, supplier evaluation, inviting offers, negotiations and contracting;
Inspecting utilization and stock of supplies;
Participating in drafting bid awards;
Drafting tender advertisement notices; and
Verifying payment documents for goods and services delivered to the Company by suppliers.
Requirements
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:-
Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Procurement or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Proficiency in computer application skills; and
Fulfilled the provisions of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
An Applicant with at least two (2) years’ experience in similar position will have an added advantage
