Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority Internal Auditor Jobs in Kenya

This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under supervision of a senior officer.

For appointment to this Grade, a candidate must have:

Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or any other relevant and equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;

Have Passed Certified Public Accountant (K);

Proficiency in computer applications; and

Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.

Duties and Responsibilities

Participating in preparing engagement and audit work plans;

Vouching transactions in audit investigation and verification assignment;

Executing audit programmes and plans as assigned;

Collecting audit evidence on major issues and preparing audit reports on assigned areas;

Reviewing internal control systems in operation;

Recording proceedings of exit and entry meetings; and

Preparing and maintaining audit files and working papers
