Job DescriptionLiaising with department/users to determine their requirements as well as interpreting Boards needs to meet the purpose.
Assist in coordinating department’s graphic proposals from typesetting through design, print and production.
Consulting with departments advising on design, style, format, print, production and timescale.
In conjunction with the Librarian and the person responsible for online communication, archives, edits, stores and disseminates videos and pictures online, in publications etc.
Liaising with procurement department for provision of goods and services.
Academic Qualifications
He/she must either have a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, and/or any other relevant field from a recognized university.
Related Job Experience
Must have at least 1 year experience
Knowledge Skills and Competencies
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical and structured problem solving skills
Detail oriented, meets all the deadlines and delivers on the results
Meet the provisions of Chapter Six of the Constitution

Job Description
Assist in designing of graphics for use in media products such as magazines, labels, advertising and signage.
Offering photography and videography to the Board
Assist in supervising storage and maintenance of the board’s audio-visual equipment including the PA system and projector.
Assist in developing concepts graphics and layout for product illustration, board, logos, website, complimentary slips etc.
Academic Qualifications
He/she must have either a diploma in Print and Photography or Communication and Media Technology and/or any other relevant field from a recognized institution.
Related Job Experience
Must have at least 1 year experience

Job Description
Assisting in the implementation of networking projects
Assist in system management.
Assisting in developing, updating and monitoring information assets security and disaster recovery plans.
Assisting in providing and maintaining LAN, WAN (if necessary) hardware, maintain ICT infrastructure documentation, guidelines and equipment specifications.
Assisting in assessment of cost of design.
Assisting in evaluating existing network infrastructure with a view of ensuring optimal usage and utilization to cut cost of operation.
Assist in monitoring bandwidth use, analyze traffic patterns and volumes, and determine impact/implications of issues.
Assist in data base management, administration and maintenance of application and database servers, user administration and support installing, upgrading and configuration of applications and database servers, managing backup systems applications design and programming.
Assist in procurement, maintenance and repair of the board’s and telecommunication systems and equipment.
Academic Qualifications
He/she must either have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or any other relevant field from a recognized university.
