ResponsibilitiesFacilitate identification, review of training needs for individuals and organizations to come up with the latest training trends in the market.
Market open and in house training programs to inform clients of the upcoming programs and events in the institute.
Develop strategic alliances with partners and other institutions as appropriate to help in facilitation of the institute programs and marketing.
Ensure co-ordinate both local and international trainings.
Review, present and follow up on proposals and tenders to bring new businesses in the institution.
Coordinate training programs including venues, materials and resource requirements.
Prepare brief course content & match this with the resource personnel databank for targeted approach.
Facilitate prompt invoicing and payment by participant/organizations to ensure steady income for the institution.
Ensure preparation of training materials and reports to enhance smooth training of the programs.
Prepare facilitator’s payment for approval after every training has been completed.
Facilitate meeting for information sharing, planning, reviewing, evaluation and budget management.
Qualifications
At least five years’ experience in a large organization in an active commercial environment.
A Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Kenya Institute of Management Manager –Large Branch Opportunities
Responsibilities
Provide leadership through management of the staff and resources at the branch to ensure efficient and effective service provision at the branch level.
Develop and implement strategic plan for the branch in line with KIM’S strategic plan and prepare the annual plan for the branch.
Lead in the delivery of KIMSOM products, membership and business solution services at the branch.
Responsible for quality assurance of services in the branch through ensuring that all branch operations are within the provided and approved procedures, rules and regulations and standard.
Monitor costs at the branch to ensure effective cost management.
Market the school and membership through corporate visits, exhibition, school visits and one on one interaction to be able to reach out to the target market.
Prepare reports such as financial reports, academic reports and administration reports to inform management on the progress plans and challenges of the branch
Represent the branch in executive committee meetings and communicate to the branch staff on decisions made.
Supervise and allocate work to the branch staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of work.
Overall in charge of the branch performance and reports to management
Responsible for the branch budget through preparation of the annual budget, generation of revenue through selling branch services and approves petty cash expenditure.
Responsible for overseeing student recruitment for registration for all courses offered at the branch
Qualifications
At least six years’ experience in a large organization with at least two years as Head of Function in an active commercial environment.
A Master’s degree in relevant field from a recognized institution.

Kenya Institute of Management Marketing & Business Development Officer Opportunities
Responsibilities
Formulate and execute marketing plans in liaison with heads of functions to ensure effective marketing strategies.
Develop, process and share marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters and cards to user
units.
Generate live leads and make follow ups to be able to convert them into business
Implement Institute’s marketing policy at the user Unit to ensure total compliance
Oversee creation of advertisement and marketing materials to promote KIM products
Participate in evaluation of marketing activities to measure its effectiveness.
Coordinate internal marketing schedules to ensure proper planning and facilitation in line with the marketing schedule.
Lead implementation of Go-To market campaigns to reach the target market in a timely manner and ensure quicker return on investment (RoI).
Prepare monthly marketing reports on all marketing activities that have been implemented and keep records of the same
Prepare marketing budgets in consultation with Heads of Functions and Regional Managers.
Develop and implement plans aimed at strengthening relationships with the media organizations to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the KIM Brand.
Undertake marketing activities using digital platforms such as websites, Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google ad and provide social media performance monitoring reports to enhance planning for future -marketing activities
Qualifications

Kenya Institute of Management Strategy and Business Development Manager Opportunities
Responsibilities
Guide in the formulation, development and implementation of strategies and policies that will enable the Institute achieve its objective;
Develop and implement appropriate tools for monitoring and evaluating the delivery of the Institute’s strategy;
Lead research and data analysis that will inform KIM’s strategy on product development, product improvement, strategic direction and decisions, solutions to management problems by conducting business intelligence, in-house big-data analysis, feasibility studies, new product research and market analysis;
Support in fundraising for the institute and the department for purposes of contributing to the institute’s financial target;
Responsible for research, analysis and assessment of opportunities and monitoring in order to provides strategic business Development support;
Provide analytical insights for cross-functional teams in critical strategic marketing to inform strategic segmentation, market sizing and forecasting, white space analysis, competitive landscaping and other core areas of strategic marketing and market strategy;
Responsible for ensuring institutional compliance to both internal and external policies, rules and regulations;
Monitor the execution of the strategy across the departments and assist in the translation of strategies into actionable and quantitative plans across the departments;
Actively forge strategic partnership with relevant stakeholders to enable achievement of the Institute’s Objective.
