Kenya Green Bonds Programme - Call for Independent Verifies

The Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) under the auspice of the Green Bond Program Kenya (GBPK) invites potential consultants with relevant expertise and experience to submit proposals for admission to a training program Green Bonds independent verifiers.

The first training will be free of charge and any subsequent training will be offered at a fee.

The training program and refresher course is a pre-requisite requirement for locally registered consultants / firms to be permitted to provide independent verification services in Kenya, as contained in the NSE Listing Rules and the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) Policy Guidance Note (PGN) for Green Bonds.

The listing rules and PGN can be found on the NSE and CMA websites www.nse.co.ke and www.cma.ocke respectively under the regulatory framework.
