Land Registrar Ii – One Hundred (100) Posts - V/no. 15 /2019Three (3) years contract (Renewable subject to satisfactory performance)
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya or a Land Surveyor, a Land Economist or an expert in any other relevant field.
Duties and Responsibilities
This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work
under the guidance and supervision of a Senior Officer. Specific duties and responsibilities include:
Receiving and recording applications for land registration;
Processing of land title searches;
Verifying land registration documents;
Capturing data for land registration purposes;
Verifying scanned titles and other related documents;
Processing application for Land Control Board consents; and
Collecting information on public complaints on land registration matters.
