Brief Description
Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of Security Training and monitor its implementation to ensure compliance with training program.
Detailed DescriptionDeliver aviation security training programs as per the calendar to ensure staff gains the knowledge and skills to perform their roles.
Maintain up to date and accurate aviation security training records to ensure compliance with company standards and aid decision-making.
Prepare reports on all aviation security training conducted to enable continuous evaluation of programs and facilitate decision-making.
Participate in the review of training manual and monitor Standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance within operational areas.
Undertake research on matters of security interest within the industry and provide relevant guidance
Coordinate the development and implementation of AVSEC training schedule for contracted security services
Identify and Coordinate Aviation Security Training needs and follow-up on the performance of operational airline staff in line with their AVSEC roles and capability improvement needs
Liaise with relevant contacts stakeholders to enable smooth coordination of aviation security training.
Act as subject matter expert for the business with regards to aviation security.
Offer Training to commercial customers as per signed company contracts
Assist in the Preparation and implement of AVSEC training Budget
Assist to ensure the addition of behavioral competences, competence levels and training requirements to role profiles
Assist in leading
the definition of technical and professional competences, competence levels and pre- and post-appointment training requirements and ensure they are included in role profiles and within the learning management system
Market KQ commercial training programs in order to help contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives.
Job Requirements
Diploma in related field
Basic123 Aviation security
Two (2) years of operational experience in aviation.
Train the Trainer Course
Experience in Documentation of Procedures
Communication Skills
IT Knowledge
Knowledge and experience in aviation security operations.
Additional Details
Knowledge of Criminal procedure code
Organization and Interpersonal Skills
Knowledge on Records Management
Analytical ability
Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences.
Must be Computer Proficient, with excellent knowledge of power point
Two years of operational experience
