Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is liaising with relevant stakeholders and coordinating land valuation and related matters.

Job Specification

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:

Collecting and collating of data on Land Grievances affecting the Authority;

Updating of the Road Reserves assets database;

Preparing, reviewing, disclosing and updating Resettlement Action Plans for donor funded projects;

Collecting, collating and disseminating information on land acquisition for the Authority; and

Preparing various reports as necessary under supervision of a senior officer;

Person Specifications

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -

Bachelors Degree in Land Economics, Land Administration, or Real Estate from a university recognized in Kenya;

Associate member from any of the following bodies: Institution of Surveyors of Kenya, Valuers Registration Board, Estate Agents Registration Board, and any other relevant and recognized professional body;

Proficiency in computer applications and

Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.

Sound knowledge on Land related laws;
