The position is a senior role overseeing the production of in excess 1,000,000 parent and 30,000 grandparent stock broiler breeder genetics and 150,00 layer parents across Kenya, Tanzania and Zambia.

All operations to date run day old to death open sided housing systems.

The successful candidate will be highly experienced and have a proven track record in extracting the highest of performance levels of egg and chick output at the lowest cost.

The position involves frequent travel across the group’s operations and will require strong leadership skills to deal with its diverse cultures.
