Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe duties and responsibilities of the selected candidate will entail:
Developing and reviewing of KENAS internal policies, regulations, guidelines;
Conducting research covering in all areas of operations including on annual surveys quality and value of accreditation service and other service charter commitment;
Developing and reviewing of the citizen service delivery charter;
Undertaking studies as per the organization strategic plan and performance contract;
Developing and reviewing of the KENAS Strategic Plan;
Coordinating corporate performance management process of all the departments and divisions at the KENAS;
Monitoring implementation of the KENAS’s Strategic Plan and Citizen Service delivery charter;
Carrying out corporate monitoring and evaluation;
Developing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual organizational performance reports;
Executing the KENAS internal policies, regulations, guidelines, and strategies; and
Preparing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating KENAS’s; work plans and Performance Contract (PC)
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bachelors’ degree in either Economics, Public Policy, Planning, Statistics, Mathematics, Strategic Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields from recognized institutions;
Proficiency in Computer applications; and
Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.

Certificate of good conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI)
Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
Clearance Certificate from Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
Clearance from Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
Clearance Certificate from a Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
