KENAS Quality and Risk Management Officer - Jobs in Kenya
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe duties and responsibilities of the selected candidate will entail assisting in:
Carrying out internal audits on quality compliance and follow-up audits;
Identification and estimating the risks affecting the business;
Carrying out a risk assessment, which involves analysing risks;
Implementing health and safety measures, making business continuity plans to limit risks and prepare a mitigation plan if things go wrong;
Compiling data for trend analysis and reporting;
Implementing the annual Quality Improvement plan;
Developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation plans; and
Carrying out quarterly routine awareness programs to management on risk management.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bachelors’ degree in any disciplines from recognized institutions;
A Certificate in quality assurance/ Risk management or Certificate in Assessments/Auditing techniques in Management systems;
Proficiency in Computer applications; and
Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.

Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
Clearance Certificate from Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
Clearance from Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
Clearance Certificate from a Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
