Key Responsibility Responsible for efficient operation of water Treatment Plant, Syrup room and Combi mix.
Perform back wash, CIP’s and assist in RO Plant start-ups and shutdowns.
Complete daily quality logs
Hands on experience in syrup making and compounding.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in CIP and COP procedures.
Maintain communication with line Quality Chemist to ensure product integrity.
Comply with all safety policies and maintain good manufacturing practices.
Assist and perform adjustments to meet quality specifications and/or cycle efficiency.
Complete all required quality checks, critical systems check, operation records and logs accurately.
Perform minor repairs on all Water treatment plant equipment such as Dosing pumps, Pumps, and arrest the minor leakages.
Manage machine process efficiency initiatives, scrap minimization, materials conservation, inventory control and warehouse management.
Perform preventative maintenance on related equipment as required.
Manage machine efficiency and ensure all equipment is operational.
Follow established quality procedures to maintain the quality of the water.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures as well as maintain good housekeeping, GMP Practices and Global Food Safety Practices
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the superior.
Understanding and working knowledge
of Water Treatment Plant and combi mix and Knowledge of hand tools.
Combi mix Ektam Make highly preferable.
Knowledge on changing the media from PSF, ACF, IRF and Micron filters and Membranes in a safe manner and maintaining the Chemicals stock.
Requirements
Must be mechanically inclined and minimum high school diploma in Chemistry.
Previous Water Treatment, Syrup room and Combi mix experience or related training WTP/Beverages Industry experience is preferred.
Warehouse knowledge
Working knowledge of computer systems, including MS Office, Excel, and SAP
Good Communication and Teambuilding skills.
Ability to work at a fast pace.
