Duties and responsibilities

  • Sample collection and processing
  • Assist in running of laboratory assays for the project
  • Lab Results processing and reporting
  • Field Data collection and management
  • Assist in other tasks to support the project as required.
  • Provide administrative assistance.

    Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

  • BSc. Biological sciences from a recognized institution;
  • Proficiency with molecular laboratory equipment with recent attachment in a parasitology/molecular
  • Familiarity with molecular biology techniques; DNA extraction, PCR and Qpcr; In Search of Better Health
  • Knowledgeable in Sequencing and Sequencing data analysis;
  • Accuracy and close attention to detail; and
  • Strong analytical and organisation skills.

    Contract Duration: 1 year
