This is the entry and training grade for Diploma holders in this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance and supervision of a Senior Officer.
Job SpecificationsThe duties and responsibilities of the officer will entail: -
Participating in organizing corporate events;
Participating in arranging information, education and communication materials;
Participating in implementing corporate social responsibility programs; and
Participating in handling complaints in the Institute.
Person Specifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -
Diploma in any of the following: Mass Communications, Communication Studies, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, Graphic Design or any other equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
Proficiency in computer applications;
Key Skills and Competencies
Organizational skills
Team building
Negotiation skills
Interpersonal skills
