KEDA Ceramics International Training Supervisor Jobs in Kenya



Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development Management: Training of staff and preparing training materials.

  • Ensure implementation of the company/department annual training plan, i.e., ensure all staff are trained on all company rules and regulations.

  • Compile and analyze all department staff training reports.

  • Responsible for company culture: Keeping good cooperation and relations with the community.

  • Holding activities for employees, identifying and managing employee safety, welfare, wellness and health to promote employee engagement and create a harmonious working environment for staff.

  • Any other duties assigned by the H.R Manager.

    Education and Other Qualifications:

  • Degree and major in Human Resource Management, Education or relevant to the position with more than 3 years' experience in the same position of a trainer.

    Key Competencies and Skills:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.

  • Proficient in word, excel, powerpoint and good analytical skills.

  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and team work.

  • Good decision-making skills.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Flexible work schedule (Monday to Saturdays)
