KBC Legal Officer Jobs in Kenya
The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Legal Officer, the Legal Officer will be responsible for ensuring quality and cost effective representation of the Corporation in all legal actions brought by or against the Corporation.
Specific Terms:Three (3) years renewable contract based on positive performance output.
Key Responsibilities:Negotiating, drafting and vetting organization and supplier agreements / contracts
Attending court and other tribunals and representing the Corporation in legal matters
Preparing court documents and legal opinions
Briefing and monitoring external lawyers to ensure legal representation is effective
Assisting the Corporation Secretary in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as well internal organization policies.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB)
An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
Have a current practicing Certificate
Minimum of three (3) years post admission work Experience in a corporate environment or a busy law firm
Good report writing skills
IT Proficiency
Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Develop concepts and ideas in Radio and TV to use them in presentations.
Create awareness of available advertising opportunities to corporations.
Reconciliation of client accounts and sorting queries.
Effectively manage customer relationship and business from clients
Submitting monthly sales projections
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Marketing or relevant field with 3 years experience in Media industry
Or
Diploma in Sales and Marketing or relevant field with 5 years experience in media industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to cultivate long standing client relationships.
Excellent client service skills
Ability to work under minimum supervision
Excellent communication Skills
A good understanding and experience in the industry will be an added advantage
