We are in the Financial Management space providing innovative financial products & solutions.
We are looking to fill in the position of Front Office & Administration Officer.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming correspondence – phone calls, emails etc.
Act as a first point of contact for the company and provide customers/visitors with information on the company’s services.
Ensure the office is cleaned every day before the start of business.
Ensure effective management and supervision of the support staff team – Office Assistants, Drivers, Guards etc.
Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Front Office Administration or any other business-related field.
At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient communicator at all levels both verbal and written.
Excellent computer skills.
