Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving members fitness and wellness of the Members and Guests.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensuring standard gym cleanliness and maintenance of gym equipment.

Member supervision in terms of attires, proper use of equipment and equipment sanitization.

Gym training and nutritional guidance.

Conducting timely aerobic classes and giving feedback.

Conducting safety gym inspections and reporting potential risk areas at the gym.

Conducting health appraisal and fitness training.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Certificate / Diploma in Fitness Training.

A minimum of 3 years experience as a fitness instructor/ cross fitness trainer in a busy gym.

First Aid training.

Knowledge of Health and Safety Procedures.

Personal attributes & Functional Skills

Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Customer service skills experience.

Must be ethical and uphold the highest degree of integrity.

High level of honesty and integrity.

Creative with fitness training routines.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with both staff, clients, and members.

A great sense of urgency in execution of tasks.
