Job DescriptionOverall Purpose of the Job.Supervising a team to ensure hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with food industry standard
Assigning housekeeping task to staff and inspecting work to ensure that that prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
Establishes standards and procedure for work of housekeeping staff
Records data regarding work assignments, personnel actions and time cards and prepare periodic reports
Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
Preparing and planning all the materials required like scrubbers and disinfectants.
Supervising the overall cleanliness of plant
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to Deputy manager production.
Ensuring the high standard of hygiene in the working area
Ensuring collection of waste and disposal into designed areas.
Preparing and submitting records as per cleaning schedule provided
Adhering to and enforcing the safety, health and environment policy of the company
Daily Checking and cleaning cob webs
Daily cleaning of drains inside and outside sweet factory
Weekly cleaning of Boiler drains from welfare office till behind sugar store
Daily wastage like wrapper. cotton waste removing from production area
Removing empty sugar bags from production area
Removing and transferring empty glucose drums to store with gate pass
Removing and weighing empty paper core and transferring to store with gate pass
Slashing grass behind sweet factory area
Maintaining and cleaning main dust bin pit behind sweet factory area
Removing small pants from roof top of building
Checking outside cleanliness such as removing empty wrappers and lollipop stick from front office area
Keeping directors/managers car parking area neat and clean
Keeping canteen area clean and employees sitting area clean
Removing dust
bin from canteen /workshop/packing section area
Clearing dust bin from wash room area
Taking care of office gardening
Taking care of glucose holding area and sugar loading area
Cleaning of window glass and partition glass
Cleaning of plastic curtain
Checking plastic crates cleaning
Floor cleaning in packing section
Floor cleaning in finished goods room
Checking sugar store cleanliness, cob webs, rat bets, sugar spoilage
Checking packing material store cleanliness, cob webs, rat bets,
Checking fire extinguisher and its expired date
Checking FIRST AID BOX and keeping medicine, uses, register, expiry date reporting
Checking and reporting to management about any civil work such as tiles broken, window broken, glass broken or any damage to infrastructure
Keeping all COAs for chemical used housekeeping
Sorting and counting empty sugar bags and transferring to store with gate pass
Keeping all dust bin in place and maintain cleanliness
Identification numbers all rat bets, dust bin to be monitored daily basis.
Daily checking rat bets and cleaning and record keeping
Keeping record of fire extinguishers used in sweet factory and its expiry date
