Kajiado County Assembly Serjeant-At-Arms Jobs in Kenya

Job Purpose

Supervise and implement specific chambers, ceremonial, miscellaneous security and safety duties for the general welfare of the Assembly
Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement specific instructions on maintenance of the First Aid Kit and report:

• Routine inspect the fire equipment and report:

• Implement plans for organized security drills:

• Update senior officers on emerging Security critical incidences

• Implement specific instructions on custody of security items and other equipments

• Undertake duties to most desirable housekeeping standards:

• Performing chamber and ceremonial duties;

• Providing fire and safety protective service:

• Undertake access control duties:

• Perform crowd control management duties

• Perform duties towards maintenance of decorum, law and order within the precincts of the Assembly

Requirements for Appointment

• Served us Commissionaire for a minimum of three (3) years

• KCSE mean scale D (+)

• Be in a possession of paramilitary military training qualifications

• Have a certificate of good conduct

• First Aid/ Fire Fighting Certificate

• Diploma in Security Management Investigations and Forensic studies from recognized in Kenya
