Kajiado County Assembly First Clerk Assistant Jobs in Kenya

Job Purpose

The job holder is responsible to provide secretariat services to the plenary and house committees .

Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing secretariat services to committees assigned

• Providing procedural advice to the assigned committees

• Writing minutes and reports on matters pertaining to the business of the assigned committees

• Conduct specific legislative research and studies for committees and Members:

• Drafting of Members' statements and motions:

• Drafting of order paper

Requirements for Appointment

• Bachelor's degree in any of the following Social Sciences Economics, Public Administration Human Resource Management. Law, Communication, Business Administration Education, Commerce or its equivalent qualification from recited institutions
