Job DescriptionWe are looking for a self-motivated and talented Marketing manager to lead our Marketing department. The marketing Manager will lead the organizations Marketing and sales team and will develop and implement marketing strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission and marketing manager will oversee all marketing involving the organization including the development and implementation of a marketing strategy and a broad and diverse range of business and marketing communications.
Supervisory Responsibilities:Hires and trains marketing and sales staff.
Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of marketing supervisors.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department under the Executive Marketing Manager.
Implement strategy designed and communicated by the Executive Marketing Manager.
Promote a business, product, or service
Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product or Service management, sales, Call center or customer support
Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets in both offline and Digital platforms.
Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
Manage content and updates
for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Manage lead generation and call center activities.
Compile and report daily and monthly marketing activities with data and KPIS. 15. Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
MA or BA in marketing management and related field.
7 and 9 years direct on the above educational background of experience
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Organized with attention to detail.
Excellent managerial and organizational abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with corporate management, employees, media, and the larger community and marketing department.
Ability to coordinate efforts of various teams in order to present a coherent message.
