Kabarak University Senior Lecturer, Pharmacognosy Jobs in Kenya

Qualifications and Skills

PhD or equivalent in Pharmacognosy from a recognized University or be a holder of a Master’s degree in Pharmacognosy

A minimum of three (3) years of university teaching experience at the Lecturer or Research Fellow OR a minimum ofsix (6) years of industry experience in the relevant field level

The applicant must have supervised to completion of at least 3 post graduate students to completion as a lecturer or equivalent

The applicant must be a Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya and with a valid practising license

Must have at least 32 publication points, of which 24 should be from refereed journals in relevant areas since the last promotion

The applicant must also show evidence of community service

The applicant must have attracted research or development funds or educational resources as a Lecturer or Research Fellow since his/her last promotion
