Person Profile Description

  • Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option)
  • Should have a working knlowledge of Financial Information Systems and coversant with varous accounting packages and must have a hands on experience in financial planning
  • 5 Years experience in large organization , at aposition of Senior Assistant Accountant preferably in an institution of higher learning
  • Should be a member, Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) up to date
  • Must be a CPA (K) Holder

  • Ensuring that University complies with
  • International Financial reporting standards
  • Preparation of Management and Financial reports
  • Ensuring that University's economic activities are accounted for through a sound financial system
  • Cash flow and Liquidity Management
  • Safeguard and management of University asset records
