Kabale University Pool Stenographer Jobs in Uganda

To provide secretarial, reception and routine office administrative services.

Responsibilities

Handles all secretarial work as assigned.

Receives, files and retrieves and maintains safe custody of all official documents of the Office.

Requisitions and manages office equipment, stationery and other supplies.

Supervises the cleaning and ordering of the office.

Dispatches out-going correspondences of the office.

Attends to all visitors to the office.

Attends to all telephone calls to the office.

Updates and maintains the diary of the office.

Performs any other official duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

Should have UNEB Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.

Should have at least six (6) months working experience in a secretarial position

Should have good communication skills.

Should be able to observe confidentiality.

Should be courteous and have good interpersonal relationship skills.

Should be computer literate

with relevant skills in the application of relevant Information Technology packages including Word-processing, Spreadsheets, Power Point.
