Job Description

Supervise and coordinate workers engaged in problem-solving, monitoring, and installing data communication equipment and software.

Support end-users with technology related problems in a responsive and service oriented manner.

Prepare evaluations of software, hardware & infrastructure and recommend improvements or upgrades.

Train team with technology related process and equipment.

Follow and Maintain company systems and infrastructures

Job Requirements

BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field of studies.

Minimum of 4 years related work experience.

CCNA certification

Microsoft Certification
