Minimum Requirements
Skills and Qualifications required:
Demonstrable track record of selling any products or services in the built environment.
Have a strong grasp of construction products;
Understanding of the partner landscape within the region
Understanding of opportunity qualification, running a deal cycle and forecasting
Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and consultants;
English must be spoken fluently; other local language skills would be advantageous;
Ability to understand and explain the technology behind closed cell polyethylene foam, to analyze competitor offerings and the ability to position the company’s capability successfully against them;
At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales engagements
Experience in construction environment and project management is an added advantage;
Strong business Acumen;
Team player with pleasant outgoing personality & resilience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, confident, energetic & with ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and to maintain a high level of motivation.
Education:
Honors degree in Business Administration/Bachelor of Commerce degree from a recognized university;
Diploma in the field of construction

Overall Purpose:
The role is responsible to ensure effective communication and support to Resellers on payments, escalations, new products information and changes in products and processes.
Provide tools of trade to Reseller Channel Partners and ensure that premium branding and merchandising standards are maintained.
Responsible for supporting Reseller Channel Partners providing Regular training to their staff on Jumbo Chem products
Follow up and give feedback to channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
and implement effective structures for Reseller Channel Partner administration.
Drive internal resources to provide partner enablement activities such as co-marketing, events, trainings, networking, among others
Assisting sales partners with any issues or conflicts that may arise during customer engagement process
Tracking and holding the partners and the stakeholders accountable to agreed upon goals. Spearheading regular cadence meetings to manage and track progress
Management of effective communication to Reseller Channel Partners and internal Jumbo Chem staff regarding ongoing activities.
Maintain 100% accuracy on reporting on information relevant to Reseller Channel Partners.
Proactively attend to Reseller Channel Partner and customer related issues
Act as liaison with other departments to find ways to improve Reseller Channel Partner performance, from acquisition to retention
Ensure Reseller Channel Partner premises are maintained as per Jumbo Chem branding standards
Ensure that processes and procedures with relation to Reseller Channel Partners are adhered to.
Maintain timely and 100% accurate Sales reports on, competitor intelligence, Sales performance and all information relevant to the assigned segment;
Travel is required for regional coverage of partner meetings, events & networking
Key Performance Indicators:
Achievement of set revenue billing target as per revenue growth objectives for the FY
Documented existence of Sales pipeline within the SLA’s captured on the CRM
Accurately monitor accounts performance on a weekly basis to ensure each account meets set thresholds.
Ensure 100% adherence to terms of LPO and debt collection from customers
Accurately monitor product performance and contribution on a weekly basis to ensure balanced portfolio management between strategic and organic growth.
Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting of sales activities feeding into the management report
Consistence weekly feedback to the management on the market needs for the portfolio under management.
100% compliance to sales automation tools, processes and set standards.
