I am an undergraguate and engaged in security management currently the security and safety manager world Agroforestry centre with Global HQs in Nairobi- Gigiri.

I have always wanted to pursue a masters course in Business and organisatioanl security management which to the best of my knowledge is only offered at Webster University in the USA.

My main handcup has been the sponsorship to be able to undertake this course which is very dear to my heart.

I have of course tried to engage my employer but since the position I am holding does not require a masters, they do not see the value of me doing this course.

My question is how best can I approach this? how can I be guided through a willing sponsor to undertake this course.

As you know,security is one those fields which very few people want to invest in yet it's a serious driver of our lives and determines the failure or sucess of any enterprise be it business or research organisation or any other organisation.

This is an area that very little investment has been put in yet in Kenya we are thinking 24 hours economy and vision 2030.

All these will remain a a wild dream without the required security knowledge of this nature.
