Job DescriptionRequirements: Grade 12 Certificate.
Preferably an N3 Diploma or higher qualification.
A Sales diploma or higher qualification will be an advantage
Minimum 2 years proven sales experience
Preference will be given to Electronic Security Industry experience.
Strong Technical / IT related sales knowledge
Must have a Valid Driver''s License
Preference will be given to distribution experience.
Have worked with CRM system or Excel based equivalent process.
Strong Microsoft Office Usage experience to promote planning and processes.
Dealer Base Management experience & understanding of sales process.
Strong prioritization of duties to maximize return on effort.
Communication Skills essential - telephonic, face-to-face and email etiquette.
Self-Disciplined and Motivated.
Fast learning of new information capabilities.
Research & Profile Skills -LinkedIn, Whois etc.
Accountability
Goal Driven and clear understanding of their goals.
Planning & Execution of plan critical.
Able to understand figures and analyse to benefit progress.
Trader by nature -able to trade responsible with discount structures to maximize sales & profits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build & manage strong customer relationships with existing as well as new clients by engaging with the decision makers to uncover new opportunities to build effective pipeline.
Identify new potential clients & promote sales by engaging weekly through call, email & visitsto onboard new logos to existing dealer base as well as work closely with the NB Development Consultant.
Set up meetings with decision makers & completion of post visit email afterwards for every meeting.
Manage dealer base consistently by updating details frequently and analyse sales per product and category to promote healthy spread of sales across all categories.
Service clients quickly, efficiently & professionally at all times.
Offer proficient technical advice.
Commit to mastering knowledge of the applications, features, & benefits of all relevant product lines & solutions.Accurate drafting of quotations and solutions based on the specific needs of clients through existing resources.
Articulate company''s USP and product matrix to clients.
Drive
Daily Plan Process with accurate feedback.
Reach daily call log targets.
Accurate Monthly Planning & execution thereof.
Meet Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly sales targets by executing set expectations.

Must have track record in dealer base management (Growth of existing clients and small degree new clients onboard). Retail rep must have proven success in servicing a retail chain from marketing, eye for detail in store, knowledge of merchandising and general retail, updated pricelists an catalogues etc.
Can sell on value and service, not only price. Price objection handling very important.
Call reports manage, daily / weekly plans execution, expectations embrace to get to target.
High energy in activity, calls and emails.
Good planning and follow skills + organised.
Embrace training and upskill knowledge on a daily base.
Not only compliant but also self-thinker.
Trader by nature, not order taking but actually selling and convincing clients to buy from them and the company.
Additional criteria
AGE: 23 – 35 max (Mid 20’s with high energy levels and loads of sales experience is first prize, Retail Rep 30 – 42max)
Must have own car and valid driver’s license as travel is part of the profile.
Stay close to branch Greenstone for sales consultant and close to any of the branches Greentsone, Strijdompark, Boksburg
Willing and able to learn and self-study to keep up with the changing industry standards.
Meet set expectations based on calls, emails, visits, uncovering opportunities within accounts, progressing opportunities, pipeline accuracy & cover etc.
