Job Description:

administration and accounting functions for an investment portfolio

Capturing of asset transactions,
processing investment related payments and disinvesting instructions

updating asset classifications on the investment platform

providing FICA documentation to relevant parties
reconciling the unitization system to asset manager statements and the general ledger

Comprehensive understanding of IFRS and related accounting principles

Dealing with the auditors
obtaining monthly and quarterly investment statements

Requirements:

Bcom degree

Completed accounting articles and studying towards CFA will be an added advantage

At least 2 years accounting experience post articles

Investment administration experience will be preferred

Strong excel skill
