Job Responsibilities
  • Performance Management / Goal setting for all employees across the organisation.
  • Identification of Training Needs.
  • Prepare annual training Plan, training Calendar & conducting Training.
  • Post Training Feedback Reviews.
  • Identify high performers and critical roles in the organization and Develop retention plan for them.
  • Identify and Maintain a list of high performers in critical roles.
  • Drive performance / KPIs review.
  • Supervise and Ensure an Effective Induction Plan.
  • Identify Exits reasons and prepare a retention plan.
  • Organogram review and updates.
  • Prepare Job Descriptions.
  • Any other HR project assigns.

    Job Requirements
  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification.
  • 5 - 10 years work experience.
