Job ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management / Goal setting for all employees across the organisation.
Identification of Training Needs.
Prepare annual training Plan, training Calendar & conducting Training.
Post Training Feedback Reviews.
Identify high performers and critical roles in the organization and Develop retention plan for them.
Identify and Maintain a list of high performers in critical roles.
Drive performance / KPIs review.
Supervise and Ensure an Effective Induction Plan.
Identify Exits reasons and prepare a retention plan.
Organogram review and updates.
Prepare Job Descriptions.
Any other HR project assigns.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification.
5 - 10 years work experience.
