Applicants should possess;A Master’s degree in Social Sciences or relevant area with at least three (3) years’ experience at Grade 9 or equivalent and
Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution
OR
A Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Office Management or
equivalent qualification from a recognized institution with at least five (5) years’ experience at Grade 9 or equivalent position and
Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution
OR
Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Kenya National Examination Council
(KNEC) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution with (5) years’ experience at Grade 9 or equivalent position and
Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution
