Applicants must have:

At least a second-class upper Division Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate, Building Economics, Land Economics from an accredited and recognized University and a Master’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Project Management Quantity Surveying, Real Estate, Building Economics, Land Economics or other cognate disciplines.

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or equivalent doctoral degree qualifications in Construction Project Management, Valuation and Property Management, Construction Economics, Land Administration and Management, Property Finance and Management, Construction Engineering and Management, Urban Planning/Design or other cognate disciplines.

Be registered/ registrable by relevant regulatory and or professional bodies.

At least 2 publications / papers in refereed journals or two years of work experience in the built environment.
