Applicants must have:

At least a second-class upper Division Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited and recognized University

Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Sustainable Urban Design, Urban and Regional Planning or any other cognate discipline.

Be registered/ registrable by relevant regulatory and or professional bodies.

Be registrable to a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Architecture or cognate disciplines.

At least 2 publications / papers in referee journals or two years of work experience in the built environment
