Job Description

We are looking to hire a HR / Admin Manager. The person will direct and co-ordinate the human resource and administrative functions of this organization.

Responsibilities

Support and develop HR initiatives and activities that are aligned with the core objectives at Jetlink.

Report to management and provide decision support on staff.

Management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

Consult with management to identify needs and preferred qualifications for staff recruitment and also be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

Maintain employee records (attendance, data etc.) according to policy and other requirements.

Communication with external clients and partners associated with the organisation.

Requirements

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Human Resource and Admin Management.

Experience in ISO Certification (Auditing) will be an added advantage.

Ability to handle a change in management.
