The RoleThe role of Project Manager within the business is to facilitate the needs of the client by running the project process and tracking the output of the practitioners to ensure our work is delivered on time, on budget, and meeting the client goals.
Responsibilities
Acting as the custodian and proactive auditor of all client deliverables; providing timely updates and reports into Client Services that relate to timelines, tasks / deliverables / milestones, budgets, risks, issues and version control.
Ownership of Mavenlink task details, dates, and milestones.
Responsibility of holding the Practitioners accountable for updating task status/progress to understand milestone tracking.
Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability and margins across projects
Managing and facilitating project meetings, project debriefs and huddles with Client Services and service line stakeholders.
Upholding the company’s position and integrity at all times, particularly within the realms of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion
Minimises our exposure and risk across multiple projects by managing scope across projects
Provide revenue release figures for internal and external projects / retainers at the end of each month.
Schedule in advance your anticipated time per project, targeting the required billable vs non-billable split.
Record your timesheet on a daily basis with a minimum 7.5 hours per day aiming for maximum availability
Knowledge & Experience
Previous experience in digital marketing project management.
Experience of using project management tools for task/time/resource management is a necessity.
Working knowledge of a number of project management methodologies including waterfall and agile that function on
a variety of internal / external / cross service projects.
A good breadth of knowledge working on multi-discipline digital projects across our portfolio of services
Proven experience in the delivery of medium to large scale website design and development projects, primarily delivered using open-source technologies.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Content Management Solutions.
Experience working with Apple/Google development portals for mobile development would also be beneficial.
Experience within a Digital Production role.
Experience Required
Possesses strong business writing skills and is able to produce and maintain high quality documents, constant updating of project plans ad process documentation Is a confident and articulate presenter to board level Possesses the requisite Project Management skills required to ensure seamless standards of service and delivery Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks
