Job Description

  • Able to produce results consistently using the same methods

  • Understands individual roles of each team member.

  • Demonstrate an understanding and be able to offer training to Team members according to their needs.

  • Performs all relevant tasks in line with the trained standard operating procedures in order to minimize risk of harm to self, others or damage to property.

  • Report all incident or accidents observed at the workplace to the Team Leader .

  • Achieve all set annual Performance Development plans as agreed with the Team Leader

  • Pursue continued improvement in personal development by participating in development programs and training.

  • Displays positive attitude, works harmoniously with colleagues and displays healthy respect for others that will support optimum team working environment.

  • Take part in departmental briefing and is updated on matters that are related specifically to their duties, and shares feedback that helps the team building effort

  • Supports the effective achievement of departmental functional objectives through the adherence to work schedules and performance criteria.

  • To liaise with the team leader as and when required to ensure effective completion of the production plan,
    or to engage with the team members to arrange any actions required to smoothly execute the production plan when variation from the plan is observed or anticipated.

  • Applies the specific tools of the job that best matches the needs of the customers without compromising other elements that give optimum outcome

  • Supports the department’s efforts to improve operational costs by reviewing current practices and proposing alternatives to existing methodologies

  • Communicates or acts decisively and positively when an incident is observed as contrary to good manufacturing or inventory practice that will help prevent or reduce operating costs.
